RecommendedGreat team of nice young men.
They won’t do anything for damages to your vehicle. Even if when the video shows a van going into the car wash without issue, then comes out with a large crack in the windshield. My husband heard something hit and showed the damage to the manager on site. The manager was very nice, but they won’t be held responsible for their own equipment. The sign out front says so.
Well, I am pretty much done with Mister. I live in Hermitage and have used the one on Lebanon Road a couple of times....they never use the bag on the year wiper. Last week, the carwash ripped my wiper blade off. I didn't report it because I didn't figure anything would be done. I just decided I would use the one in MJ, since that is where I work. Got there at 6:45 tonight. Lights were already off and closed when they advertise 7PM. I have a monthly plan but Washtopia has opened now...think it is worth a try and ending my pla... read more
There’s not been one time that I’ve gotten a car wash that my car has actually been clean. Super Speed wash was so much better. Tired of paying $10+ each time to drive out with a dirty vehicle.
Two passes through yet the passenger side of my H3 looks just as dirty as it was yesterday.

Ever since the change from Super Speedwash, they have just gone downhill...more than once I have paid for the Premium wash and pull out to find dusty streaks and patches all over my car. I'll find somewhere else to go...
