Consumers beware if you are overcharged by this company they will not refund all your money. On December 2 2022 my account was charged five times. I called the company to be told that they will not refund all my money and that I was fortunate enough to have some of it refunded because typically they do not give refunds at all. If I had known this company does not give refunds I would have left years ago. I will be using another car wash moving forward.

I was there today. My car was not clean when I got out of the wash. So, I asked if I could go again- I mean, I paid 18 dollars. I was told my card wasn't clean because of the design of my car. What?? When I asked to speak to a manager I was informed that the manager was not in. So, I asked for the company number so I could call. The young man said he did not know the number. What? Worker was very unprofessional and rude. He kept yelling at a driver and arguing with her. Even after following his direction he continued to be disrespectful.
I’ve been taking my vehicle to Mr. Carwash for years now. I have their $59.99 month membership for my Lexus GS 350 and they scratch my vehicle very bad, I brought it up to their attention and they said they would look at the videos to determine if the damage was there from before. I came back 4 days later because they never called me back, I spoke to “the manager” and he said that the videos were “inconclusive” so they wouldn’t pay to fix it. they raised the price and now they dont offer the bug remover wash where they spray the front with the pressure , and they dont have the awnings out side any more ,and the blow drier starts hitting your car before the water is even done rinsing it off
Paid the extra $3 fee to get the bugs and I still had to come home and wash my car myself. The rest of the car looked great but the front was still full of bugs.
Wonderful place... but wish they would switch the music back to The Blend (Sirius XM ch.16)...
The gentleman that was working at 1:40 p.m. made me feel like I got my dollar's worth for the $3 bug wash fee...usually it's done quickly and dont feel it was worth the extra fee I pay but Sunday he did a superb job!!
