I'm writing concerning a complaint. I went to the location on 575 Ponce De Leon Ave, Atlanta, GA around 4:49pm paid 34.00 for both inside and out cleaning services. When car was done I was looking around and it seemed clean , it was under a shed so a little dark. When I got to my destination I notice the floor on passenger side was not vacuumed and the seat had dust in there like nothing was never done at all. The machine broke off my 2019 brand new, never used, trucks running board. Something happened as I was going through the wash. I heard and felt a bang and then the wash stopped. I rolled down the window to ask for help. The attendant came up to me and said must have hit my breaks. I told her I definitely did not and I said something is wrong. Horrible Experience they ripped my Mercedes Emblem off. I’ve been a member with Mister for over 3 years. They told me to show them proof that I paid for it to get fixed. I showed Kevin the assistant manager the proof,he asked me to come up there so that he can put the money back on my card. I went up to the car wash on Ponce. Paid $22 for a ride through the autowash and the crud from parking under trees was still caked all over the hood. $22 DOLLARS when I couldve just gone to a gas station carwash for $8. 😡 #ripoff
I moved here five years, and have used your cash wash consistently. I have been unemployed since March 13, so was unable to afford getting a car wash since Covid hit. I went today and was astonished that your prices have been raised significantly ! During Covid!!! On top of that, my dash wasn't cleaned! I had to turn around to go back to have it redone. You have lost a good customer of over 5 years. I will be looking for a new establishment.
What made y’all think raising prices during covid was a good idea? I was an unlimited member but am canceling. Good luck
