RecommendedIt’s a nice car wash close to my house do wish it would be more clean there a lot of trash on the floor
$20 platinum service. Still had bugs on my grill and windshield. Assumed they would just let me go thru again and he has me pull thru again but not the case. I’ve been taking my vehicle to Mr. Carwash for years now. I have their $59.99 month membership for my Lexus GS 350 and they scratch my vehicle very bad, I brought it up to their attention and they said they would look at the videos to determine if the damage was there from before. I came back 4 days later because they never called me back, I spoke to “the manager” and he said that the videos were “inconclusive” so they wouldn’t pay to fix it. HAD A MISHAP AT THE CAR WASH..went thru the wash..was hurried in by the attendant..who did not move my mirrors..lo and behold..I was too close to the other vehicle and hit the vehicle in front of me--this was totally their fault.. they did not accept responsibility..though my vehicle was not damaged..the other one was slightly damaged.. I will not be doing business with this company again..sorry..
we went through today and bought the best wash. That wash included "wheels polished" when we were done the wheels weren't even clean much less polished. I went back through to get a prewash and the "manager" informed me that it was "pretty good" then he said "it's a three minute wash, what do you expect" when I said "I expect my f@;"%ng truck to be clean he told us "the exit is there" and pointed.
