It's been raining lately and so my car was dirty obviously. I went through the wash twice back to back. My car is still NOT clean. I told the guy about it and that my rims are still NOT clean. I paid for the best wash Including the rims and tires and some kind of rainforest clean or something. I still had bug guts on my windshield and crap on my rims. Vacuum had no suction. Wash was ok. Would like vehicle to be dried better.
They broke my wiper, there was no sign that tape was put on it before I went in. Manager will still pay for it because he had no choice, but didn't show any concern. Last time I come here
The was process was good and it cleaned my truck top and bottom . The wheel shine was a plus as was the tire shine . The dry process left something to be desired .
The wash process always bends my front license plate and flips my door mirrors. The vacuums always fall apart at the nozzle. The vacuum hoses are always dirty. The vacuum parking area is always dirty with grease and dirt. Is there even a restroom where you can wash your hands???
Been going here for years! Good management, hot ladies washing their cars, its a win/win! Lol
