Haven't been here for a few months, & this place used to do a good job. The automated wash brushes do a fair job. However, today the interior cleaners left loose dust & debris in the shallow seat seams, which even a cursory swipe with a vacuum would have picked up. Dust on steering column & part of dashboard. Worst of all, 3 spots of bird droppings left on outside driver side window. If that was the level of service desired, I could just use a gas station drive-thru wash. Will not be back.
6-7-15 at this location I spent 139.00 for complete detail. Almost 3 hours inside with 2 children as I watched these people not even do what was paid for. Was told they would shampoo all carpets and clean all leather seats. They only did my front 2 mats and floor boards. I seen them with a rag just run over the rest. No matter how much we complain it does no good. I added another 20+10(oversized vehicle) =30.00 to hand wax. I only seen them do it for about 5 minutes not covering much most windows wtf! Their eye for detail has slipped, but the Sugarland location rocks!!
