Service was very poor.I went there to get a wash but the people who were working there were all kids. They didn't care about service for sure, because they let me wait in my car for at least 10-15 minutes, The guy on the drive walked right in front of my car and went to the cute young girl in the BMW and then walked in front of me again looked at me and went to car on the left of me and help her.. By the way they pulled up after me JERK..I backed up and left...
This place is awful! Waited 27 minutes in line (not on a weekend) to even get my car vacuumed. Took another 8 minutes to get my car to the beginning of the car wash. I will never return. No one apologized, no help. Spoke to Cory the manager and he said they are not under staffed. That means they are just incapable of running a business and are poorly managed. What happened to customer service?
Reasonable prices, friendly staff, amazing detailed clean! My new favorite car wash!
They do a pretty good job, they give you discount on the clean if you are not happy they will redo it for you!!! And they are very nice here!!
I asked one of the employees what changed and they said the manager. He is prior military and when I found that out I went and introduced myself. Awesome service and I will return in the future.
