I literally just went for the first time paid $38 and my car was still dirty I came home and vacuumed my back seat out and threw away the garbage that was still there. My dash didn’t get dressed like it was supposed to and I sure didn’t get any air freshener or tire shine. What a joke. Worse than what octopus was.
They do a horrible job wiping down the inside and outside. Way overpriced for what you get! I miss octopus car wash. I would rather drive to belvidere and have my car washed.
No. This was the worst full service detail I have ever received in my life. Awful. I took pictures of everything that is still absolutely dirty and wasn’t touched, even though it was included in my $40 full service detail. Beyond upset and IT DOES NOT EVEN SMELL CLEAN. I’m so embarrassed and sick to my stomach that I had to pay for this “service” DO NOT EVER GO HERE
For $30 platinum car wash and cleaning package, I shouldn't have to go home and clean my car. My windows were all smeared and cloudy, the steering wheel felt sticky from what they cleaned it with, and there were streaks around the exterior of the car as well.
RecommendedThey did a way better job cleaning my car than Super Suds on Perryville.
You people store my credit card number and have been charging $54.99 on four different occasions just in the last month. I was supposed to get a call back from your manager. STILL WAITING... Buyer beware thieves are working there!

Honestly thought I would try them out since the place I usually go to was closed today. Guess karma got me back for going to Misters; I remembered there is a reason why I do not come here. Disappointed with how the mats came back ‘cleaned’ they didn’t even wipe down the inside of the car. Asked for a fragrance and guess what? Nothing. Will not be coming back again.
They stole my money out my car & tried to say I lost it when I knew fro a fact it was there before I left it
