I brought my car to be washed and.vacuumed out. I had been gardening and had some mulch in the car. I paid for the ultimate car wash and when they were done with the ULTIMATE car wash....it still had mulch all in it!! The last couple of times I’ve brought my car here they just do not do a very good job and after this I will never be back again!
Overall trash experience I am constantly being lied to about the reason I take my car to the car wash and it comes back dirtier than I took it there. Exactly the opposite of how that should work. Get it together.
RecommendedGreat job but I don’t think I got a dash conditioner because it was barely dusted but the wipe down and vacuuming was great. Won’t pay for the premium again though.
Basic wash went from $13 to $21? A 38% increase. That’s ridiculous..
I was lied to......back in March the company went to an exterior wash service only due to covid and reduced the rate in half to $32.00 per month. When I pulled through the car wash finding out about the reduction of services I spoke with the manager. He stated to me that the customers that continued to pay the $32.00 Per month for the exterior only service would only have to pay the same amount of $32.00 per month when they do resume the interior and exterior services. just came from Mister Car Wash on South Florida - due to the virus they are not cleaning the inside... the unbelievable part - they could not dry off the truck afterwards! “Corporate won’t allow us to touch the cars!” They are a private business and are free to make those choices. I am also free to use another provider. Cancelling my auto renew account!
I gave this place a second try, and they broke my windshield wiper! This place is such a joke!!! I will never come back!!
Stopped in here today and all the employees I encountered were kind, respectful, and friendly. Way to go! Keep up the good work. Everyone looked to be working hard and were very professional.
First time, I'm happy with the speed of the service but in doing so you missed cleaning my car inside, theres a lot your employess looked over.
