I went in for a 1 time car wash in December 2025. They repeatedly charged me for a monthly membership fee at $39.99. I tried repeatedly to contact via email and phone. I finally disputed the charge on my card and then got an email reply that they could not refund any unauthorized charges including one that posted the next day. I did not have an account and it did not recognize my phone number or email as a member. Terrible customer service!
