My car looks dirtier after the wash. Won’t be returning here again. Waste of $15. My windscreen is completely covered in dry soap marks, my car doesn’t look any cleaner. The actual wash was so fast, I was sure that some of the brushes didn’t even touch my car and I paid for one of the highest washes.
RecommendedI've always had wonderful oil change experiences here. knowledgeable and friendly techs. unfortunately, i just bought a car from Amato and am required to go to them only for oil changes. the car wash is another story. i actually came here to file a complaint as my car was not clean after getting a wash here. I'm disappointed in this. if someone could contact me, that would be wonderful. i took pictures. thanks.
Today I got a much needed oil change and the guys were AWESOME, very friendly and so helpful!! They even let me go under my car to take a look because they were trying to help me with something non related to the oil change. Excellent experience and I will never go anywhere else....
Always great people for oil changes
I wasted money and over an hour on deceitful advice. Workers said I needed to have my radiator flushed, that it was tested and was mostly water and should be done ASAP. Even said “it’s an older vehicle and you’ve never even maintained that”, like I should feel ashamed. I took it to my regular place to do the work and they deemed it “near perfect” and questioned why I was even having it changed. I don’t appreciate being lied to, Mister.
Extremely rude techs. Claimed my battery was going to explode. Went to (3) other car service companies that same night and all (3) confirmed it would not explode. Upselling here is actually impressive, but also disgusting. Would NEVER recommend.
The most expensive car wash I’ve purchased. And the fastest. But also THE WORST. Didn’t even clean the bugs off my car. Never going back, I’ll stick to the Kwiktrip washes.
Car Wash Keep your car clean , ya never know when you might be in accident . Sort of like always wear clean underwear .
Wont be visiting Mister Car Wash in Menomonee Falls anymore! Went through the car wash March 30th with no dents/scratches and came out with all of these!! Reported it and it took someone almost three weeks to get back to me when I was told the incident team would be contacting me within days! The regional manager stated there is no consistency between the damage on my vehicle even though it was on my hood, front fender, driver door and back passenger fender!
