Sometimes, they just dont try. The last time I was there, my tailgate was still dirty. Should have gone thru again and told them to do a little better.

My Grand Cherokee was extremely dirty from driving on dirt roads after the recent rain. The attendant took the time to power wash all the way around the vehicle and all 4 wheel wells. Now I can’t say that I always get this treatment, but I did today. Maybe that’s something you can work on with all of you attendants.
The guys and gals at Mr wash on Pickard deserve a big thank you for keeping our cars clean. A lot of people complain about little stuff, but all in all they do a great job and deserve some appreciation and a Big Thank you
