It is always a pleasure to visit Mister Car Wash! The employees are friendly and smiling. They help you if needed and are always working to keep the carwash clean. I appreciate how thorough the car wash is and how powerful the vacuums are as well. Thanks for helping me keep my car in excellent condition! I highly recommend this business.

The facility was clean and the attendant courteous. However, for $24 no pre-mop or bug remover, no towels or car cleaning supplies?! That is falling short of exceptional customer service and getting the bang for your buck. Most definitely could receive higher ratings with better amenities. The wash was just OK, and I paid for platinum, but residue still on my vehicle.
Great service with a smile .Always a smile from whoever is working. I been with them a long time .👍
