I use to go only here because it was the best place to get my vehicle clean & the vacuums were great. We went today in hopes to get the graduation writing off the windows and the sand off the under side of the wheel wells & vehicle. Well after the highest was there was no one to brush the vehicle like use to, the writing is still on the windows & guess what sand still caked on the wheel wells. I guess it’s time to find another car wash.
The staff never pays attention which car wash that you have paid for, I pay 32 dollars and I get the 19 dollar car wash every time. When I say something oh we can run you again for free Sir. They did not spray the front of my truck and windshield, no hot lava soap as they call it. Sorry sir we will run you again for free, it seems this must be costing you a lot to keep washing cars for free ? I think you need an employee staff meeting on how to pay attention and do their job correctly.
ok, my truck sticker hs not been activated so when i presented the original receipt to the attendant showing i have already paid for this month, he took it and said he could fix the issue. all he did was charge me the $32.99 again. that makes $66 for one month of carwashes! i'm sick of this place.
Do not use this location to wash your car! The general manager Oscar has sex with his employees and messes around with them in the office and they don’t do anything about it. His manager Julio does the same thing and covers for him. They have both gotten their employees pregnant and have covered it up! They discriminate against women and will do anything to get you fired if you try to tell anyone about what Oscar and Julio are doing!! Went here this morning all the vacuums were full which was fine but I wasn’t able to look at my car until I got home and it wasn’t clean at all... I paid for the $18 car wash

Scratched my car, knocked off the license plate cover AND bent it, and I went to two different vacuums and neither worked. I got a refund, but won’t return.
My 2018 Challenger SRT was scratched really bad in their car wash. As of yet they have never responded. I guess it’s just too bad if their machine tears up your car. Buyer beware.
