Permanent damage was done to the interior of my car due to an employee's improper use of cleaning chemicals. Employee sprayed interior cleaning cream directly on my dash (instead of applying to the rag) and the over spray caused a chemical reaction to the plastic spedometer cover and rear view camera monitor leaving many stains that are now part of the plastic.
