Horrible service!!!..You pay $23.99 for the platinum service just to arrive at the entrance and not get the pre soak services that's offered unless you ask..and that's before you pay...according to the manager on duty..whom had horrible customer service communicative skills! I hope the valued members isn't paying for mediocre overpriced car washes just because of the vacuum! I feel like the fabric threading kinda scratched my car due to the high volume of the overpriced service but that's neither here nore there! Do better! ... read more
