Absolutely horrible customer service. I went through the wash today after renewing for the biggest package and when I went through the car wash something metal was hitting my windshield and something ripped off my wiper blade. Ntm it's snowing where I'm at and all they could tell me was we'll look for it after we close. What is a person supposed to do in that situation? Update: I put in a ticket with customer service. And they were not happy about the situation considering the legal ramifications for having a customer leave ... read more
