Long time unlimited monthly member for 2 vehicles (paying $80 a month). Over the course of the years I’ve noticed the service and quality go down, while the pricing go up. Today as an example I went to wash one of my cars, and paid the $10.00 interior cleaning up charge. When I went to get in the car after they “cleaned” the interior I noticed my all weather floor mats looked as if they were not even touched. RecommendedI needed a quick clean and I tell you the guys and ladies here cleaned it better than I ever would. Door jambs and climbed in the back of the SUV to clean the pup nose marks off the inside. I would come back here in a heartbeat.
Mister Car Wash literally stole my money for the last 3 months. They continued to say my account was cancelled but I kept getting billed. Their customer service is horrendous as I waited on hold for nearly 3 hours trying to sort this out 3 different times. I needed to start emailing to keep a record of what was going on because I ended up not trusting their word at all. Eddiez Auto Wash is a way better value and a better car wash. Avoid these guys at all cost.
I got the Platinum wash and the front console was still dirty. My cargo area in the back had not been touched. The cargo mat was still dirty and mothi g was vacuumed. The front license plate still had mud splatter from our trip on it. This is the second time I have used them and we will never use them again. I don't like having to go through and clean my car after I paid $38 for someone to do it for me.
Stopped to get a car wash in my lunch break today since it is the weekend and line was relatively short. Left my car near the vacuumed and when my car came out my drivers door had huge scratches and a small dent. They claim there cameras are too foggy to detect anything. Made an incident report and hoping my insurance will get everything needed. So upset that this happened. Better yet the management was trying to tell me it wasn’t possible and completely unapologetic. Do not trust them with your vehicle!
Went to the car wash to get my vehicle spic and span for clients I was picking up the morning of December 20th. I asked the best wash to wipe down the interior and they recommended the highest priced package. They were quick and efficient and initially I was pleased. Clients noticed syrup and a red sauce on the seats in the back. They cleaned the front interior but not the back interior . I called and left two voicemail messages and no one returned my call.
I was there on Sat. 9/8/18 it was not busy (usually is on a Sat.). The owner or manger has changed some thing and it was the slowest service I have ever experienced and the quality was just average. I have been an Unlimited Platinum member for years and I was not happy !
Went to have a full service cleaning of my car. After the wash the trunk of my car was not vacuumed and left dirty. Additionally during the cleaning process the team removed my apartment parking pass. It cost me $100 to replace the parking pass. I brought a variety of evidence to management about this incident and they used grainy security cam images and claimed that the pass was never there.
