costly carwash We didn't think it was worth the money. It is really expensive and quite busy, so if you are not wanting to sit around all day, go somewhere else.
My car is clean This place is really cool. You're kids can go inside and squirt different colors of soap at the cars that are getting washed. The are reasonably priced and offer a military discount.
I bought a unlimited pass for the outside of my car for a month to have my car washed . It rained almost everyday and they told me to just come in and have my car washed anyways. Why would I wash it during a rain storm? So not worth buying the pass, waste of money to me
The Best Car Wash! – This place is AMAZING!!!! All of the employees were efficient, professional, and kind! It had been a horrible day! My fiancé woke up puking in our tent in Moab. Not wanting him to have to spend the day sick in a tent in 100 degree heat, I went looking for a hotel for the day. Not one would open its doors to us before 2pm. Best carwash i have ever been to!!! The customer service was incredible and the my car looked fantastic. I have been to two of their locations, sandy and american fork, and the sandy wash does a better job then the one in american fork. Besides better customer service, they care more about your car. I over heard one of the managers saying, " treat every car like it is your car." That is the type of service other car washes i have been to lack. I would recomend everybody try out the firehouse!
I have gone here many times because i have gotten gift cards for birthdays and christmas. The gift cards have now run out and i do not plan on ever returning. They are very expensive and do not do a very good job. When they first opened up they paid very good attention to detail but now they have gotten lazy and do not do the work expected. The car wash itself is a very nice and does a good job but if you plan on them detailing it at all then you are wasting your money. Thank you! – I visited the North Salt Lake location. It used to be Reynolds and I didn't care for it then. When I saw that Firehouse bought it I decided to give it a go again. I was so impressed! The employees were so helpful. It was fast and my car looked great! I have my car washed every Saturday and even if it's busy I'm still in and out in no time. I am so glad there is a carwash close that finally got it right! What happeded to customer service? I found it! Thanks so much I actually enjoy getting my car washed now.
