Brian and Jenny have such a well oiled machine of a business, with wonderful office staff to get you scheduled and technicians with the upmost integrity to do the jobs correctly and efficiently! The prices are more than fair, and their customer service is wonderful! Allowing this business into your home and entrusting them with your hvac needs is the smartest decision you could make. Because when the job is done well, safety follows. And they are invested in their customers safety. I cannot recommend a better company!!
I would like to retract a post I made last night out of a lot of frustration and some ignorance on my part. On that note I would like to apologize to Mr B’s and thank them for taking the time to call the weatherization program and have them contact me! I spent an hour on the phone with the gentleman from the program and he explained in great detail many things I had absolutely no knowledge of! If there was a way to put a zero rating i would! My furnace went out and they were supposed to come with space heaters! They showed up 3 weeks later after my pipes had frozen and I had a friend get my furnace working! It was still making a weird noise which they said was nothing, yet it wakes me up in the middle of the night! Then suddenly they call with the part to fix my furnace, which i have no clue what they are talking about because to my knowledge nothing was wrong according to them! Mr. B's was so prompt with taking care of my furnace. Had to have them on a Saturday and Cody was here to diagnose the problem. Didn't have the part and had to order it. He called me Sunday to say they had the part in the warehouse and gave me an option of fixing it Sunday or Monday. I picked Monday because of weekend I serine and he was here this morning and had it running about 9. Very professional and knows what he's doing.
ROB AND HIS HELPER WERE EXCELLENT. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY WERE VERY NICE AND KNEW EXACTLY WHAT TO LOOK FOR ON OUR FURNACE. I HAVE DECIDED TO HAVE Mr. B's for all my heat and A/C needs. Thank you guys for the prompt service.
