First off, the stars were given for Dr. Ahmed as he was wonderful. I had stitches placed on December 19th, bandage changed on the 23rd and was supposed to have them removed on the 30th. Due to an emergency, I had to cancel that appointment. I left them a voicemail. That was it. While I love our Dr, I'm not liking his new location here. No one ever answers the phone. The out going message is ridiculous. You have no idea who you have called, hours nothing. Tells you to wait on line then 3 minutes later auto voice says I exceeded my message and hangs up??? I THOUGH I WAS ON HOLD. I'm not a fan of removing my shoes to be stolen, give booties.
