I walked into the salon for my appointment to a seemingly empty salon. I sat 15 minutes past my appointment time waiting for someone to greet me. My hair looked great right after. Although, after only four washes at home my color rinsed out. I contacted my hair stylist to let her know, and she told me to send her a picture. After I sent her a picture she ghosted me. Unfortunately, for the price of this salon and poor service I will not be returning.
