This Business is terrible! They came out to fix my Sprinkler System 2x and now it does not work again! They never answer the phone or reply to messages and emails. They charged me $420.00 for c*** work. I will file in small claims court if I do not hear back from them soon.
Mist'er Rain has greatly overcharged me for the work done.
I hired ******* Rain as I was new to sprinkler systems and my new house had one. I knew they were higher priced than most but but their schedule worked with mine and they were a local business, which I like to support. They quoted me a price per hour for the crew but when I got the bill, it was per person and the time was padded as they crew sat in front of my house not moving for about 30 minutes.
