Missy is the best at what she does! Simply said Missy gets things done! She keeps you updated constantly which in buying or selling a home is very important. We unfortunately listed our home with a different agent and after more than 3 months had no results. We enlisted Missy and she had it sold in about 30 days! Amazing, Committed and Delivers Results . We have used Missy for 3 transactions, she is amazingly knowledgeable and brings that knowledge to bear. She advises wisely and will tell you what you need to hear not what you may always want to hear. My guidance, is to listen to her advice, she has the experience to back it up. Missy knows her stuff. She correctly pointed out what we could do to improve both the value of the house, and the chances for the quick sale we hoped for (and achieved).
