Had rain but the day turned out to be a fun day at last year's state fair
There's no paths to walk so if you are disabled it's not an easy get around. We went for the flea market and the uneven ground and grass made it to where I didn't go down all the rows. For a family outing the flea market was nice however make sure you were good shoes and you're mobility is good.
