While I've been seeing Dr. Bruce Lippmann for 2 years for my kidney care and for the most part, happy with the care I've received - his main office assistant (Mary) is completely awful to deal with. Not only is she completely unprofessional; she is rude, incompetent, and unwilling to help the patients of Missouri Renal Medicine. On two different occasions, I've requested for my medical records to be faxed to other doctors (almost 2 weeks in advance of my appt) and yet, she is unable to make sure the records are faxed in time... read more
