They have employees that are rude and very unprofessional. They refused to pay to get my car radio fixed
Before going to Missouri Motors, we visited several large dealerships. The salesmen we encountered at other dealerships were very smug and snobby, with an undertone of shady. We asked about an Expedition and each dealer tried to sell us everything except an Expedition. I don’t understand. Found Missouri motors Web Site on Saturday Morning, looking for an inexpensive truck. Submitted an application and about 2 hours later I talked to Dennis, explained what I was looking for and about an hour later I had my Truck. We Started the Paperwork on Saturday finished and Picked up my Truck Monday at Noon. Very easy transaction. I found a few Items that I would have liked fixed, but since it was a "As Is" Sale I figured I was out of luck. Not so, these guys went all out to make me a Happy Buyer.
