The independence location is acompletely uncomfortable place to deal with. The two employees there only vaguely have any idea of interfacing with smart start and I leave nervous that they’ve done their jobs correctly every visit.
Excellent customer care! Oliver and Jason! They go above and beyond. Even helped me figure out i needed an alternator for my car!
If you need an interlock device THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE TO GO TO!! I have had lifesafer and smart start. Both terrible home companies. This place is one stop shop with WORKING EQUIPMENT! Save yourself a bunch of time and money and call here. Meredith and Justin are great and in the shop Oliver and Jason get you in and out. AGAIN THIS PLACE WILL SAVE YOU TIME AND MONEY!!!
Donna was absolutely amazing. My friend made an appt and she was very helpful and patient then, the day of the appt the day if the appt she found she wasn't going to be able drive her car due to mechanical issues. My friend called 4hrs prior to her appt and asked Donna if she could keep the same appt and switch vehicles and Donna worked her magic and got everything sorted out to be able to keep appt and switch vehicles. 5 star review. Just as someone sitting back and listening to the conversation, Donna was AMAZING!!!
