Have never seen a practice so disorganized. None of the staff seem to know anything about podiatry or billing or scheduling or ... anything. I got 2 voicemails saying my orthotics were in and to schedule an appt. First time I called the person scheduling could not reach anyone in the office so said she couldn't help me without talking to the front desk person (what?). Second time I managed to get an appt but then she couldn't confirm it bc she had to check with the front desk and they weren't answering the phone (same issue)... read more

Go anywhere else. They will waste your time, not help, and then bill incorrectly so you get shocked with a higher bill because insurance denies it. Dr was 40 minutes late coming into my appointment, didn’t even need the appointment, it could’ve been a phone call since they couldn’t do anything. Now insurance has denied the visit and I get to pay a pretty penny for an appointment that wasn’t even needed and I lost an hour and a half of work for since they have no respect for patients time. Terrible experience. The doctor just told me to go an expensive shoe store and they could help me there. No info on my diagnosis or how to use what the shoe store sold me. I called the doctors office with questions later, and I was literally told I could just Google the answer to my question.

I encourage anyone considering using this office for any particular reason. At all to is seriously consider finding a different location or even different provider altogether. My mother-in-law was treated with search rudeness, disrespect disregard for her comfort. No, information as to what this procedure entailed. There was little to know. Communication and information from him. He removed 2/3 of her toenail without warning and WITHOUT numbing it first. When told that he was hurting my mother-in-law, he said its fine. I'm a... read more
