Multiple sports injuries from high school, specifically to my left ankle and foot, I was starting to have what I thought was arthritis pain. Turned out I had the beginnings of plantar fasciitis. A regimen of stretching & Advil + arch supports in my heels & I am good as new :)

When I called to schedule an office visit, I was impressed that I was given numerous appointment options within the next two days. Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, my experience was all down hill from there. I was not called back to the waiting room until 1.5 hours past my scheduled appointment time. Once in the exam room, I waited an additional 25 minutes for Dr Jacob to see me and he did not even have the common courtesy to apologize for running so late.
