My visit to Dr. Janssen was the best dental experience I have ever had. I needed a very complicated root canal. Dr. Janssen fully explained everything to me. He answered any and all questions I had. He discussed the risks involved in the procedure and all options available. Haley the dental assistant was very pleasant and reassuring. One of the worst experiences of my life. Dr Janssen was very unfeeling toward being unable to get my tooth numb. One root was terribly inflamed. He kept injecting more numbing medicine directly in root. It was absolutely excruciating. He had other people already numbed up waiting for their procedures. He seemed to only care about getting it over quickly. I will never return to this office again. It is a factory, one patient right after the next, no patient 7privacy at all. Very disappointing!

Dr. Larsen had scheduled me as a reference from Aspen Dental. I had a root canal done at Aspen which lead to some severe trauma that is, apparently, very uncommon. The bleach solution that is used to flush the canal of a tooth had made its way up through my gums and into my soft tissue. This caused extreme inflammation and pain. Since Aspen was at fault for the incident, they told me that they were going to have the fees waived to have it fixed. I had a visit for tooth evaluation. I was referred by my dentist and needless to say I was very anxious. Dr Lavitt was calming and reassuring and professional. He took a lot of time explaining things and showed me the films so I could better understand the issues involved. His assistant, Chantelle was a jewel. They worked together as a team. I decided to see Dr. Jansson based solely on all of the good reviews found here. I drove an hour and a half for a root canal. I was scared to death but he and his staff made me feel very comfortable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend his office! A big thank you to his assistant, Connor, as well. She was wonderful!
