Dr Sumire has a great bedside manner. He is professional and informative of your health concerns. He is an all around great doctor.
Dr. Sumire is compassionate and takes time to listen to his patients. I'm always appreciative of his expert care.
To the point and being pro- active on care.
He is always nice and answers all my questions. The only problem is it takes 3-4 phone calls and anywhere from a week to a month to get my scripts sent in. I have ran completely out of my medication on several occasions. I have thought about changing Dr’s bc of this. I don’t know if the ball is being dropped by Carrie or Dr? I do know if I get a nurse other than Carrie to answer the phone and help me it gets done that day usually.
