My mom arrived by ambulance Aug.31 with dehydration and Trouble breathing,ambulance arrived around 4 o clock I ask several times any update?? Finally grabbed a nurse and ask her what was going on around 7:30 PM, she came back and gave me a update which she had just come in aT 7 so she didn’t know much.. My dad received the worst service when he was there. They claimed that they would take the best care of him, but they in fact did not. He said that everyone had the same attitude. They were in the process of a shift change, so he was rushed out with nothing being done for him. I ended up having to take him to Cape where he received excellent care as always, and found out that he had a bad sinus infection. Needless to say, we won't be back!
