I had been going to this dentist for several years, when I decided never to return. My experience was that Dr. Kinney was far more concerned with how much money she could make off of Medicaid than serving her patients. At one point, she pressured me to go to Helena to lobby for more Medicaid money for dentists, and I replied that not only was I in a wheelchair in constant pain, but that I had no transportation to do so. I have to tell you . Dr and her staff are by far the friendliest and professional . Finally found my forever dentist .
Wish I had never come across this place. Years later I’m still getting the work I had done here fixed. I’m posting this review because I left a review on my first visit due to a lovely dental assistant but that review was not representative of my experience as a whole.
The ladies at the front desk were accommodating and sweet. Taylor, the assistant who helped me, was very knowledgeable and very nice. Dr. Holt did a great job with my extraction and seemed like he really cared. 10/10. Will return.
