The hospitality at this place is awesome. I really liked the atmosphere of the place and when I went up to the counter I was greeted with a pleasant smile and hello. The lady's name was Diane They even had my name written on a blackboard. Erin, who took my x-rays, was so helpful and a great person to talk with. My husband Jason and I had our first appointments at Missoula Dental yesterday, and we couldn't be more impressed. From the moment we walked through the door, everyone made us feel welcome and comfortable. Erin and Shyla were absolutely incredible—friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. There may not be a bigger baby when it comes to the dentist than me. I've kinda earned it though thru some trauma. So when I found what I was looking for at Missoula Dental, let's just say, I was relieved. Erin is very responsive at the front desk, very professional and simply a breath of fresh air. Dr. McGreevy is very patient and has an incredibly gentle hand. Just numbing me was like butterfly kisses. Great first experience that actually makes me want to go back.
Visiting area and had extreme pain in Jaw. Dr Bond was able to make me a custom nightguard in a day to help with the pain. They also had a TMJ massage therapist on site and she worked on the area and my neck. I felt wonderful in a day or so. I wish I lived closer! If anyone in the area suffers from jaw pain, run don't walk to Missoula Dental or Big Sky Smiles and Sedation. The entire staff is outstanding!
I have been going here for 3 years and they are so wonderful! Everyone has always been so kind and understanding and gentle. I've had bad experiences with dentists in the past and they were all so patient with me! Definitely recommend!!!
