I had a wonderful first interaction with the folks at Missoula Dental. My dental exam was scheduled for 3:30 and even though I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment, MacKenna, Charlie and Hayley made sure to wrap up my insurance paperwork quickly and were able to get me in to my dental exam early. Missoula Dental was such a great choice! I have really struggled with medical trauma and they were the first clinic that made me feel like I would be okay. Dr. McGreevey was very patient and compassionate, and my dental assistant Kennah was absolutely WONDERFUL!! She consistently checked in on me and validated my concerns, and went as far as providing her personal number for any emergent follow-up needs. I’m very afraid of going to the dentist. I’ve had bad experiences in the past. It had been a while since I’d gone. I was upfront about it with the dentist and hygienist from Missoula Dental. They were so kind and gentle. They listened and understood my anxiety and worked with me and made me feel comfortable. It was the first time I’ve felt comfortable at the dentist since I was a kid.
