I've come in multiple times now for things. First was a few hundred dollars in welding cable, so I could do ground and power wire upgrades to the wife's Jeep Cherokee. Then for brazing materials to build some RC car tube chassis, as well as to learn about the argon cylinder pricing. Every employee i’ve encountered is rude. I think his name is Andy, who answers the phone is very rude and will yell at you for asking for a simple ETA for delivery.
Every employee i’ve encountered is rude. I think his name is Andy, who answers the phone is very rude and will yell at you for asking for a simple ETA for delivery.
Super nice and helpful staff. Needed my TIG welder serviced, they picked up/delivered at a very minimal charge. Great communication during the process and reasonable labor rates on the repair. Will definitely be my go to for welding supplies from now on!
