Stopped in at the Altoona, WI store today, 4/17/2026. Guy behind the counter didn't even look up or greet me. Checking out a Miller 355 Mig unit $8k +. Guy acted as if I was wasting his day. I'll never set foot there again!
Needed some supplies for a job. They had great selection, good service and knew what they were talking about these guys know gas and they got gas. Good service.
The day to day guys are awesome to work with in a pinch and business as usual tasks. Recently sold my business and even the transition was easy to new owners. Good work Team !! A++
These guys are the absolute best! Idk why anyone would bother with airgas or badger.
I've come in multiple times now for things. First was a few hundred dollars in welding cable, so I could do ground and power wire upgrades to the wife's Jeep Cherokee. Then for brazing materials to build some RC car tube chassis, as well as to learn about the argon cylinder pricing.
