While searching this website with a friend, to find an application, I saw this post and was appalled. This may sound a little straightforward but while being a resident at Mississippi view I have never had an issue with Ashley! the only time I have ever seen anybody have an issue with management or Ashley is when they are not following the house rules per HUD. There is housing fraud my rent was paid for 1 1/2 years in 2024 and 2025 for free. I had changed accounts on my ledger with these credits then the state called the regional manger and all the previous files were gone with the residents nobody could tell me anything. I would not come here. The manager doesn’t care about people. My experience is she is rude disrespectful and doesn’t communicate back when you email or call. Ashley the property manger is extra ordinary, she professional, respectful understanding and a breath of fresh air. She goes above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome and understand the processing of applying for the apartment and makes sure your questions has been answered and always have encouraging I always leave her office with a smile. Thank you Ashley!
Funny how all these 5 star reviews all came at the same time! Management does not communicate, tell ya one thing then tells management another. The park is horrible, communication is garbage. For what pay can find way better!
