- Huge dogs (that are too big for these kind of apartment) and leave big poops everywhere - Dog hair in the laundry and gets on your clothes after drying - Nosy neighbors- no privacy always in your business - No parking for overnight guest - No cameras and door is always propped open - Police activity on a weekly basis - People will take your parking but you will get in trouble for not being in your spot anyway - Laundry only on first floor with three small expensive washers and dryers- one is broken half the time - Hallways... read more
Horrible management, moved us in with broken fire alarms (and lied to our face about them working) Has gone against what is in our lease numerous times, first month we lived here the ac was broken (upon moving in not our doing) and apartment was getting over 100 degrees and it took weeks for management to actually respond and fix it. Management is also never actually in office so if you need a guest parking pass or anything else she is never here. Cars constantly get towed even with parking pass. This place sucks now. Everyone smoking everywhere. Floors are paper thin, kids jumping around upstairs all day while I'm trying to WFH. Management is non existant, you're car gets towed even though they require vehicle information when you sign the lease. Want a friend to stay the night, you gotta get a guest pass, guess what nobody is ever in the office. Terrible.
The property management company (INH) is awful. They do not respond to emails, voicemails or texts.
