We have had such a great transition to Big Ridge. The staff is fabulous and makes you feel right at home! Very caring towards us and our pets and extremely helpful no matter the circumstance.

The staff is very friendly, and informative. They handled my big baby German Shepherd very well! We are very happy with the service we received.
Dr. Stephens is wonderful! She went above and beyond to help my 11 year old Pomeranian, Daisy. The staff was very accommodating in the case of my emergency and worked me in without thinking twice... on a Friday just before closing. It's nice to feel that everyone I came into contact with truly cares about each pet's well being!
They have been absolutely wonderful to me and even better to my sick lil kitty!!! Every day that he's been home from his day of surgery, they've called to check on him...the staff and doc are very friendly and very thorough with instructions.
I've really enjoyed the transition to Big Ridge from another clinic I was going to. It's nice to know that Jackson and Shylie are well taken care of. I like that they give treatment plans for your pets, so you know the cost before services. Dr. Wilkerson is very informative and I'm glad to be at Big Ridge where pets are examined thoroughly and without haste. Thanks Big Ridge!

Having a vet who can deliver worrisome news about a pet, suggest what to do next and give a worrying dog-mom a simple yet meaningful hug is so comforting.
