I had a disappointing experience with the front desk staff. During my phone call, the receptionist was rude, impatient, and spoke in an unprofessional manner. I felt dismissed when trying to ask questions, and my concerns were not addressed respectfully. Customer service is often the first impression patients and clients receive, so I hope management addresses this issue and provides additional training on professional communication and courtesy.
Other than talking over you and being rood I have nothing really of new news to add for these offices apparently hire this type of people. In the End I did receive an apology so that is that.
Sherry Vandiver is rude my paperwork was misplaced by staff forcing me to redo paperwork then they worried about the wrong thing but finding the paperwork that was already filled out.
