I just want to say this office still hasn't given me a result or an answer that led to the murder of my mother after the attempted murder of my mother at Ruleville nursing home and rehabilitation center where they held falsified documentations to hold a human being against their will while they tortured them to their death only hours before they were to be released to their freedom. Confusing to find, but easy to get in and out. Front Desk was super polite and helpful.
I spoke with a lady name Nancy and she was just the worst. Not helpful at all and extremely rude. If you do have to call it go to this place I strongly suggest you avoid Nancy, it will be a waste of your time and you will just leave frustrated.
I chose zero for the receptionist. The thing that answered had very poor grammar and notified me, while I was in midsentence, "You have called the wrong number, bye." and hung up on me while I was speaking. I was shocked.
