I am so frustrated because I want to talk to a human being!!!!
Absolutely ridiculous, can't talk to live person. Guess I will head over to the office....... please fix ya system and let us talk to a live person. Not everyone can leave work, to take care of a issue ya answering service/recording can't answer. From a loyal customer of many years.
