Had to have my meter tightened up to my house which required having power shutoff. Was told there would be a $50 reconnection fee. Agreed and had the work done. Called back to have the power reconnected and they said I needed to have an inspection done. The electrician disagreed and the inspectors wouldn’t come out since the only work that had been done was a screw tightened. 40 hours later after me calling in no less than 6 times and begging them to turn the power back on, they relented and reconnected power. The disgust and heart break I felt when learning they turned off my elderly neighbor's lights for $92 in a PANDEMIC!!! This should be against the law at the moment!! Currently doing what I can to help get her lights back on due to her needing her oxygen machine at night. Do better Ms Power!!
Paid my deposit 3 days ago, I sent in my id to be verified 3 days ago and my electricity is still not on!!!! If I could rate it a 0 I would.
