They do not pay me
I hate that I would have to drive over 30 minutes to get to this facility because they shut down our local one that was 7 minutes away. I'm currently sitting on hold for 20 minutes when my wait time was 10. I've been trying to call them for 3 days now with wait times that range in the 70 something minute range and I can't drive there since I just had a surgery. Do something about your call center, stop cutting corners and hire REAL PEOPLE that will answer for these kind of situations.
