The customer service is 10/10!! Both representative that took my calls on different occasions were very professional, friendly and helpful. I love both ladies that works there!! Even when I had came to drop a document that was requested, they were still very professional and respectful towards other applicants that were there too!!!
It is absolutely ridiculous how many loops and hurdles you have to go through to get clarity on getting things done. You can explain to them over and over what you need however when they make a mistake and the fault is on them. You will be handled like you didn't complete documentation or didn't turn in forms in a timely manner. It's really because this office is unorganized and mismanaged. I can not tell you how many times I've gone thru this is Lamar County.
The ladies at the front are sweethearts. But those case workers 🤦🏾♀️
