3 tries to get glasses. 1st time wrong prescription in one lens. Second try, no transitions on the replacement lens. Picked them up today and now one lens has a gap in between the frame and lens large enough for a fingernail. They did refund me money spent with them and they were very nice. But this is insane. Good luck if you use them.
I paid in full for my eye glasses on December 4, 2017! I have yet to receive my glasses after being told it would take 7 days to receive them! I've been given the run around and excuse after excuse. I called them today and still no glasses!! This is utterly ridiculous!!!
