This place is nothing short of amazing. I've struggled with eye doctors for years never feeling comfortable and the feeling that profet came first. Mississippi eye associates is a breath of fresh air. They have gotten my trust. No games just exalant and professional treatment at a good price. Thank you Mississippi eye associates you are the best !
This office is horrible if you have children don't even bother. They claim to have notified you when there is an issue with your insurance but never verify if their "incripted" system actually sent the message out. Even after spending 20 minutes on the phone with the insurance to get it sorted they still claim there is an issue. They just want your money. My first visit was urgent however the issue turned out to resolve itself. They promptly got me in pronto, I waited 15 minutes and was thoroughly checked out. The staff and dr were awesome.
Went to pick my glasses up couldn't see out of them they sent them back to redo still couldn't see the lens were blurry the lady told me they would recheck my eyes BUT couldn't fit me in the time frame so I would have to pay so I'm assuming they take your insurance money and then your money because they couldn't fit me in their time frame The Computer the lady was using she said was acting up since they have switched to electronic so she had to write everything down either She didn't write the right numbers down when they ch... read more
New patient. They are not efficient at time management. Listening to patients and reviewing their comments it appears the average wait time is 1.0 to 1.5+ hours.
