Dr. Osborne and his staff were absolutely amazing. They all were super nice. My 1 year old son got tubes put in yesterday and I’m so thankful that we did. He is getting back to his normal happy self. I can’t thank them enough for all of their help!
Dr. Jeffcoat is a wonderful doctor. My 5 year old often has a hard time at doctors appts but he was able to easily relax Ethan and had him laughing during his appts. During and after surgery, I was super impressed with how often he checked on him and made us both feel completely at ease with the process and what to expect. I would highly recommend Dr. Jeffcoat and any of his fellow doctors at MENTSA if you are looking for a great group of ENTs.

Dr. Osborne put me at ease the second he walked in the exam room. I had many questions and concerns about by 9 month old getting tubes in his ears and being put under. He answered every question and I left with full confidence in him. The day of the surgery I was a nervous wreck. All the staff that came by pre, mid, and post procedure were top notch.
