I didn't know what to expect after being referred for a scalp issue, so I was nervous. I saw Dr. Cooksey and he was so friendly. He went above and beyond to explain everything to me & gave me a sample as well as the prescriptionsI needed. He even looked at an issue that I really wasn't even there for, but still treated it. Great doctor, highly recommend!
The Dr and staff was nice, however they miss informed me when I asked if I owed anything. They told me “no” (front end staff) and my insurance covered it all, and I asked if I’d receive a bill at a later date and they once again said no, that I was good to go. A couple weeks later the lab they used sent me a bill via text.. If someone owes or is going to owe something, just be transparent. I don’t intend to return here because of it.
