The Dr and staff was nice, however they miss informed me when I asked if I owed anything. They told me “no” (front end staff) and my insurance covered it all, and I asked if I’d receive a bill at a later date and they once again said no, that I was good to go. A couple weeks later the lab they used sent me a bill via text.. If someone owes or is going to owe something, just be transparent. I don’t intend to return here because of it. The dr is great but the people that actually own it and his workers and rude and disrespectful.
Dr. Cooksey is so thorough in explaining exactly what you ask, informs you on treatment options, and really takes his time to know each patient. He is empathetic, and doesn’t preach or judge. You will leave feeling like a person, and not just a number.
Dr Cooksey and his nurse were great but the lady up front was most unfriendly. She acts like she hates being there. No interaction with patients barely spoke. Need a better front person
