Still no tax refund after 130+ days when I was told up to 90 days to process. It's been "accepted" since January but still nothing. No letter in the mail either like the site said. No information even on the TAP account other than that it shows it's accepted, but that's what they expect everyone to use to keep up with it. The fact that the help line plays an automated message then hangs up on you is just downright appalling.
Cami Torres is a lifesaver. She is there to answer any questions and ALWAYS goes above and beyond. All of the numbers and information can run together sometimes and she is always there to help our business pick through it. She needs a raise like yesterday!

Friendly, knowledgeable and willing to expedite the process is the atmosphere created by the entire staff starting with the warm smile from the security guard that directed me towards the office I needed continuing to the clerks behind the glass that muddle through hours of paperwork smothered in heaps of red-tape.
