Spoke with a guy on the phone this morning regarding a double charge on my taxes and they were extremely rude when I was just asking a simple question. If you are unsure how to speak with someone or get irritated when having to do your job maybe you should not work in customer service and choose another field of work.
So on top of their website looking like it was built in 1997, I show to pay my income taxes and the building is closed. MOLD?! They're in a trailer in the parking lot now? Which rendered my trip pointless in avoiding any card processing fees, because they can't take cash now. Also why does this Mississippi alcoholic beverage control trailer have a fire place in it?
