So on top of their website looking like it was built in 1997, I show to pay my income taxes and the building is closed. MOLD?! They're in a trailer in the parking lot now? Which rendered my trip pointless in avoiding any card processing fees, because they can't take cash now. Also why does this Mississippi alcoholic beverage control trailer have a fire place in it?
Still no tax refund after 130+ days when I was told up to 90 days to process. It's been "accepted" since January but still nothing. No letter in the mail either like the site said. No information even on the TAP account other than that it shows it's accepted, but that's what they expect everyone to use to keep up with it. The fact that the help line plays an automated message then hangs up on you is just downright appalling.
Cami Torres is a lifesaver. She is there to answer any questions and ALWAYS goes above and beyond. All of the numbers and information can run together sometimes and she is always there to help our business pick through it. She needs a raise like yesterday!
